Kerry Rae McConaghy (nee Washington) 56 years young passed away peacefully on Monday 16 June 2025, at Hospice South Canterbury. Mother of Zack and Tom McConaghy (Sydney), daughter to Alan and Rae Washington, sister to Jenny and brother in law to Mike O’Leary, aunty to Liam and Olivia O’Leary and friend to Nick.

Heartfelt thanks goes out to all the Hospice South Canterbury staff for the love, care and compassion to Kerry and our family.

At Kerry’s request a private service and cremation has been held.
