Music
Music has a special place in everyone’s hearts and especially at a funeral service. Adding favourite songs or hymns can really add that special touch to the celebration of their life. We can play music provided by the family or can source nearly any music that is requested. We can arrange an organist, violinist, piper or other instruments, or singers, simply talk to your funeral director and we can make it happen
Flowers
Betts can arrange flowers of your choice using one of the many talented and professional florists in South Canterbury. We also welcome families to provide their own flowers or arrange their own florist. There are two common options for flower arrangements to place on top of the casket – a casket spray or a bouquet and they can be based around the person’s favourite flower or colour. Often items significant to the person are sometimes included or can be used instead of flowers such as sports equipment, craft work or vegetables from the garden.
