McDONALD, Iris Margaret;

On June 27th 2017, Iris passed away peacefully at Margaret Wilson Rest Home , surrounded by love, she was in her 96th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian. Loved and respected mum of Adair & Danny Lyons; Wendy & Lloyd Anderson (Waipukurau); Sheryl & Robert Powell (Auckland); Rex & Jenni. Loving nana & nana Iris of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Iris' family would like to sincerely thank the Margaret Wilson staff for their compassionate and loving care of Iris for the last 6 years. In lieu of flowers, donations to Dementia NZ would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A service for Iris will be held on Saturday, July 1st, 2017, at 11am, in Betts Chapel cnr North & Butler Streets, Timaru, thereafter private cremation.
