MOORE, Arthur Sutherland, 37604 Cpl, 27th Machine Gun Battalion. At Timaru Hospital with family by his side, on Saturday 20th May 2017, in his 100th year. Much loved husband of the late Joyce, dearly loved dad and father-in-law of Sue and Alwyn Coll, Pam and Barry Chisholm, Stan and Juelaine, adored grandad Artie of Kate and Simon, Jo and Steve; Kelly and Dan (UK), Amy and DJ; Abbey, and Laura, great-grandad of Gabi, Luca, Evie, Pinky, Kaleb, and Jayden; Tay, Lainey, Chloe, and "bump".  Thank you to St Johns, the fire service and staff of the surgical ward at Timaru Hospital.  A service for Arthur will be held at Betts Chapel, cnr North and Butler Streets, on Wednesday, 24th May at 2pm, followed by a private cremation.
