CANDY, Walter Charles (Wally)

20-2-1931 to 28-4-2017 aged 86 years.  Died peacefully surrounded by his family at Strathallan LifeCare Timaru.  Loved husband of Joy and loving father and father-in-law of Bruce and Annette, John and Wendy, Ross and Wendy, Marie and Noel.  Loved Grandad of Allan, Phillip, CJ and Idris, Becky and Brooke, Theresa and Jared, loved of many Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren. A service to celebrate Wally’s life will be held at Betts Chapel, corner North and Butler Streets Timaru  on Tuesday, May 2nd, at 2:00pm.  Special thanks to Strathallan LifeCare for their kindness and the exceptional care of Wally and his family.
