Passed peacefully in Timaru on August 11 2018, in his 90th year.

Dearly loved husband of the late Nessie and father and father in law of Deborah and Geoffrey Venning, Elizabeth and Tim Crighton, Jen and Ron Home-Wietzke, Rachel and Mark Wells and Louise and Phil Dewar. Adored grandfather of Kate, Bridget and Annabel Venning; Lucy, James and Millie Crighton; George Home-Wietzke; Charlie, Oscar and Louis Wells; Ella and Rose Dewar.

A private funeral will be held this week. A memorial service to celebrate Len's life will be held at St Mary's Church Timaru, following the re opening of the church after earthquake strengthening. Date and time to be advised.
