HURST, Sidney Gordon (Sid);l Peacefully at Hospice South Canterbury, on Saturday 21 April, 2018, with family by his side, aged 73. Dearly beloved husband of Jackie, cherished dad and father-in-law of Jonathan and Natalie, and Christine and Philip, adored granddad Sid/poppa of Ruby; and Zara. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Helen and Paul, Tom and Ailsa, Peter and Narina, Mary and Graeme, Brent, Jill and Brian, and their families. A service celebrating Sid's life will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church, College Road, Timaru on Thursday, 26 April at 1.30pm, followed by a private cremation.
