STRANG, Alma Janet (nee Blackwood) J.P.:  on 26^th February 2018, at The Croft Rest Home, Timaru, aged 96 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Winston, respected step-mother of Joan and Martin Mechen, John and Jenny Strang (Australia), and a loved aunt of her nieces and nephews and their families: Ian and the late Heather Blackwood (Ashburton), the late Alan and Wendy Blackwood (Christchurch), the late Janette and Donald Carruth, Anne and George Spriggs (Christchurch), Barbara and Mac Renata (Christchurch). A service for Alma will be held at Betts Funeral Services, 33 North St, Timaru on Thursday 1^st March 2018 at 2:00pm, followed by private cremation.
